Shipping costs within Portugal
We charge a minimum of 3,65€ for postage and packing (value will increase depending on amount of items purchased as we calculate postage fees based on the weight of your order). Orders from 50,00€ onwards are postage-free.
Shipping costs within EU member states
We ship to all EU member states. We charge a minimum of 6,00€ for postage and packing (value will increase depending on amount of items purchased as we calculate postage fees based on the weight of your order). Orders from 50,00€ onwards are postage-free.

Shipping costs outside of the EU member states (except USA)
We ship to all countries. We charge a minimum of 6,00€ for postage and packing (value will increase depending on amount of items purchased as we calculate postage fees based on the weight of your order). Orders from 150,00€ onwards are postage-free. Please be advised other taxes may be applicable at your border control agency which are not included in the price nor postage fees.

Shipping costs to the USA
We charge a minimum of 7,30€ for postage and packing (value will increase depending on amount of items purchased as we calculate postage fees based on the weight of your order). Orders from 100,00€ onwards are postage-free. Please be advised other taxes may be applicable at your border control agency which are not included in the price nor postage fees.

Delivery times
Delivery within Portugal is within 5 working days, to all other EU states within 7 working days after conclusion of contract. To all other countries delivery dates may vary between 7 to 15 working days.

After receipt of the goods we’ll issue a credit note and transfer the money with the payment method you have chosen with your purchase.
You bear the cost of returning the goods unless item has been proven to be defective.
Please be advised that Kiddo Couture is not liable if the package is lost during transit and as such we advise you to use a courier or post option that has a tracking code.
